Dragalina joined Morphosis Capital in April 2020 from Ernst & Young, where she was part of the valuation and business modelling team, responsible for the financial analysis and valuation of the leading retail, energy, real estate and airline players on the Romanian market.
Over the past 3 years with Morphosis Capital Fund I, Dragalina has been primarily responsible for investigating and analyzing potential investment opportunities and supporting value-creation activities in portfolio companies, with Board Observer positions in Clinicile Dr. Leahu and Cronos Med.
She has a BSc and MSc in Finance, Banking and Investments from Bucharest University of Economic Studies and is currently enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program Level 1. Dragalina is fluent in Romanian, English, Russian and has good command of French.
