Dragalina Dragan

Dragalina focuses on Investor Relations and ESG initiatives, including fundraising support, investor communications, reporting and the coordination of sustainability frameworks at fund and portfolio level. Her responsibilities also include supporting deal origination efforts, pipeline development, portfolio monitoring and value-creation initiatives across portfolio companies, while holding Board Observer roles in Cronos Med and EMI Group.

Dragalina joined Morphosis Capital in 2020 from Ernst & Young, where she was part of the valuation and business modelling team. During her 5.5 years with Morphosis Capital, she has been actively involved across the full investment cycle, contributing to deal origination, valuation, execution and exit processes, including the investment and successful exit of Dr. Leahu Dental Clinics.

Dragalina holds a BSc and MSc in Finance, Banking and Investments from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. She is fluent in Romanian, English and Russian and has a good command of French.
