Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct establishes the ethical and professional standards expected from Morphosis Capital employees, business partners, and portfolio companies across all professional interactions, investment activities, and decision-making processes.
The Code is grounded in integrity, transparency, accountability, and respect for human rights. It covers compliance with applicable laws and international standards, anti-corruption, prevention of conflicts of interest, fair competition, confidentiality, data protection, responsible business conduct, and clear mechanisms for reporting and addressing potential breaches.
ESG Reports
We publish ESG reports to provide transparency on our responsible investment approach, ESG integration, portfolio-level initiatives, key ESG indicators, and progress in building ESG capabilities across the Fund and portfolio companies.
External Complaint Mechanism
Morphosis Capital provides employees, contractors, business partners, portfolio companies, and other stakeholders with a confidential and anonymous mechanism for reporting potential breaches of law, ethical misconduct, internal policy violations, corruption, conflicts of interest, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or other serious concerns.
Reports can be submitted through the dedicated whistleblowing platform. All reports are handled with confidentiality, reviewed promptly, and addressed fairly.
