Gabriela Dumitru

Before Morphosis Capital Fund I, Gabriela accumulated 20 years of professional experience, working in audit, transaction services and private equity, of which 8.5 years in Innova Capital, a mid-market private equity firm focused on Central and Eastern Europe, as Investment Director. In this capacity, she has been involved in originating, executing, managing (as non-executive board member or observer) and exiting deals for Innova. Her role included also establishing a network of local contacts and keeping Innova partners up to speed with local market developments.

Over the past 5 years with Morphosis Capital Fund I, Gabriela has been primarily responsible for deal execution and portfolio management, with formal Board positions in Medima Health SA and Cronos Med.

Gabriela holds a degree in Economics and has followed numerous trainings, including at Harvard, on leadership, negotiations, corporate governance and board strategies. She is fluent in English and is native Romanian.
