Teodora Tricorache

Before joining Morphosis Capital in October 2024, Teodora worked for 2.5 years as an Investment Banking Associate for a boutique M&A advisory firm based in Bucharest, Romania, where she has accumulated experience in conducting industry research, financial analysis, valuation, and business modelling. Prior to that position, she held an internship in Audit & Advisory with Crowe Romania.

She is primarily responsible for sector and company research, financial analysis and analyzing potential investment opportunities for Morphosis Capital Fund II. In addition, Teodora supports value-creation activities for portfolio companies, holding a Board Observer position in EMI.

Teodora holds a Bachelor in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, with a specialization in Financial Performance Analysis. She additionally graduated as Valedictorian from the Faculty of Business Administration in Foreign Languages, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, with a Master’s in Digital Business & Innovation.

Teodora is the 1st place winner of the 2024 CFA Research Challenge (Romania and sub-regional CEE semi-finals) and is currently enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program Level 1. Teodora is fluent in English and French and is a Romanian native.
