Cezar Visan

Since joining Morphosis Capital in November 2024, Cezar has been actively involved in identifying and analyzing industry trends, sourcing investment opportunities, and conducting company valuations. In addition to his investment work, he has contributed to strategic initiatives for Stay Fit Gym, where he serves as a Board Observer.

Prior to Morphosis, Cezar spent 3.5 years as a management consultant at Kearney, working across CEE, the UK, and the Middle East. He led large-scale projects, including the launch of Romania’s first digital bank and a major bank merger. His expertise also includes commercial due diligence in healthcare and retail, where he assessed market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities for regional private equity players.

Cezar holds a BA from The University of Tokyo and a Diploma in Japanese Studies and Finance from Stanford University. He is fluent in English and Japanese and a native Romanian.
