Andreea Nazare

Andreea joined Morphosis Capital in April 2024 and currently holds the position of Office Manager, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and supporting the team in administrative and logistical tasks.

Previously, she gained extensive experience in business administration, consulting, and operational management. She was the Manager of Metal Free UCD, where she coordinated production operations, logistics, and client relations. Additionally, she was the Administrator of her own online store, Perlada Shop, managing all aspects of the business, from procurement and basic accounting to marketing and commercial strategy.

She held Assistant Manager positions at Finacon International Consulting, Alpha Medical, and Romania Sotheby’s Realty, where she optimized internal processes, customer relations, and operational coordination. At Finacon, she successfully wrote two financing projects that were approved and implemented, directly contributing to the company’s development.

She began her career in journalism as a reporter for Monitorul de Braila, where she developed strong analytical and communication skills.

Andreea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Constantin Brancoveanu University in Braila and multiple certifications in entrepreneurship, European funding access, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She is fluent in English, has knowledge in French and Spanish and a native Romanian speaker.
