Romania Education Alliance
Education
Romania Education Alliance (REA) is a premium education platform founded in 2024 by the founders of Mark Twain International School (MTIS), Anca and Dan Macovei Vlăsceanu, together with Morphosis Capital. The platform brings together leading private schools under a shared vision of academic excellence, international standards, and long-term development, while preserving each institution’s identity and educational philosophy.
REA’s initial portfolio includes MTIS and Little London International Academy (LLIA), following the acquisition of a majority stake in LLIA in 2024/2025. With a clear expansion strategy, REA aims to build a national network of high-quality schools in major Romanian cities, including Cluj-Napoca, Iași and Timișoara. The platform focuses on student-centered education, international best practices, and sustainable growth, positioning itself as a long-term contributor to the modernization of private education in Romania.
