Echo Elderly Care
Healthcare
Echo Elderly Care is a national platform for elderly care and active aging services in Romania, created to develop a high-quality network of professionally managed care centers through strategic acquisitions and greenfield investments. The platform was launched by Morphosis Capital Fund II together with entrepreneur Iulian Pleșcan and the founders of AsertivO.
Echo Elderly Care is designed to address the growing need for professional long-term elderly care, driven by Romania’s demographic dynamics and emigration trends. The platform delivers integrated solutions covering all levels of dependency, from socialization, prevention and vitality programs for independent seniors to complex medical care for residents with advanced clinical needs. Its development is centered on standardized medical protocols, professionalized operations and consistent quality of care across all locations.
With an initial footprint formed by the AsertivO Elderly Center in Otopeni and Maria Theresia Seniorenresidenz in Sibiu, Echo Elderly Care aims to build a nationwide network of up to 10 centers in Romania’s main cities, with a total capacity exceeding 2,000 residents. The platform is supported by a dedicated management team with extensive experience in healthcare and medical services and is focused on responsible scaling, long-term trust and operational excellence.
